Here’s how we do it:
During this initial call, we will get all of the details of the trip you would like to take. Whether you know exactly where you want to go or are looking for inspiration, we will gather all of your information and preferences to begin crafting your personalized itinerary.
Next, we get to work on crafting your itinerary. While we have firsthand knowledge of many destinations, we are also part of a global community of fellow travel advisors who we leverage to get the best insights and recommendations for all of the best places all over the world.Â
You weigh in and approve the itinerary, we will confirm and book everything including hotels, guides, activities, and transportation. We will work with you to finalize dining reservations, spa bookings and all other details to make your trip perfect.
Now that we’ve confirmed all of the details of your trip, we will send you the final itinerary and schedule a time to walk through it together to make sure it’s perfect.
Once you are on your way, we will check in to make sure everything is going smoothly.

If you’re simply booking a hotel, there is no fee for using our services as travel advisors. Hotels pay us a commission after your stay, and you won’t pay more (or less) by booking directly. Our trip planning fees vary based on the length and complexity of your itinerary, ensuring the time and expertise required are appropriately matched. Absolutely! While we don’t book economy seats (because airlines sadly don’t offer much support there), we do handle premium economy, business, and first-class bookings.
There’s a $50 fee — but you’ll get access to a 24-hour support line if anything changes with your flights. Total game-changer if your plans hit a snag!
While American Express bookings may offer some perks, their call center representatives often lack firsthand travel experience and destination expertise—and cannot provide the personalized guidance today’s travelers expect.
